Ferrets no longer have to eat the same base diet every day. You can now rotate between two high protein meat based formulas for maximum flavor variety without causing digestive issues or stomach upset. Contains real chicken for great taste, high quality, highly digestible poultry protein, includes whole egg - an ideal protein with added taurine to assure optimal health of eyes, cardiovascular system and central nervous system. The formulas are rich in fat (20% fat content) needed to support the active ferret - a ferret's primary energy source that also promotes healthy skin and coat. Flax seed and fish oils (through fish meal) contribute a high level of omega-3 fatty acids. A naturally preserved product needs special attention to maintain maximum freshness. After opening bag, remove air from package and reseal tightly. Use food within 30 - 45 days. Store in a cool, dry location. Refrigerate or freeze for extended storage.
Feeding Instructions: When introducing a new food, begin with a mixture of "old and new" food, gradually increasing the amount of new food over a 7 to 10 day period. This will prevent digestive upsets as well as allowing your pet to adjust to something new. Adjust portions for proper weight maintenance and when feeding additional pets. Discard any uneaten food and clean dish before each feeding.

The carrier will leave the package in the normal delivery place for your address. You may go to FedEx or UPS website to track your shipment. Occasionally, your package may not be delivered due to weather conditions or a concern for the package safety. This decision is made by the carrier. Very small items may ship USPS.
