Where do you ship?
We ship to the 48 contiguous US states.
Will I be charged tax?
Sales tax for orders shipped or billed to Florida will be added to your sub-total before shipping. Some other states may impose a sales tax and we will notify you if this affects your order.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be "authorized" once you place your order. The authorization process is not a charge, however, it will verify that your card is valid. Your credit card will be charged within 7 days from purchase. For special order or made to order items, including items where a specific size, color, finish, fabric or other customization was selected - your credit card will be charged immediately.
What is your shipping charge?
To calculate shipping, add the items you wish to order to your cart and select "checkout". Next, enter your shipping address information in full and select "continue", the shipping cost will show before payment information is entered. Shipping is calculated for ground service to the 48 contiguous US states only.
Some products will show a listed price including shipping also known as " free shipping ". Those particular products will be from specific manufacturers and will show Shipping Included in the description of the product.
How will you ship my furniture?
Products are shipped via FedEx or UPS ground. If an item is too large and/or too heavy to ship via FedEx or UPS it will ship via a Freight Company. Freight Companies usually call in advance to schedule a delivery. The service is a "curb-side delivery" which means the driver is not obligated to unload or carry furniture inside your residence or business. Also, if FedEx, UPS, or the designated freight carrier is unable to deliver the order pursuant to that company's delivery procedures, this order will be subject to the return policy listed below. If you are not home at the designated delivery time of the shipment you will be subject to a re-delivery fee. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of information in their order. If you would like inside delivery, please call us at 866-847-4580 and we can try to arrange it for an additional cost. If you would like your item to ship sooner, please contact us.
What is your warranty policy?
All our products are covered under their manufacturer's warranty and handled by the manufacturer. You are welcome to contact us regarding any questions concerning a warranty policy before you purchase through our company. Warranties vary from 1 month - 10 years depending on the manufacturer.
If a product does not state that it is graded for commercial use, it is assumed to be graded for residential use only. If you choose to purchase a residential product and use it commercially, you are doing so at your own risk and will void all product warranties. Customer will indemnify and hold harmless Totally Furniture/Home Shopping Malls Inc. and the manufacturer from any and all claims, actions, and judgments including all costs of defense and attorney’s fees incurred in defending against the same, arising from and relating to use of product.
What is your cancellation and return policy?
Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order . An order is NOT deemed canceled until you receive a cancelation email from Totally Furniture. If an order has shipped, or is in the process of shipping, it may NOT be cancelled. Our cancellation exceptions include special order items and orders which have already shipped. Special order items include made to order items and items where a specific size, color, finish, fabric or other customization was selected. If your item has already shipped, you will be subject to the return policy noted below. If you refuse receipt of an order, it will be considered a returned order and be subject to our return policy. Also, if FedEx, UPS, or the designated freight carrier is unable to deliver the order pursuant to that company's delivery procedures, this order will be subject to the return policy listed below. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of information in their order.
Your satisfaction is important to us and we understand that once you receive an item it might not be what you expected. So, if you wish to return or exchange an item you must contact us within 7 days from the date the item was delivered. You will be responsible for round trip shipping costs. If an item was sold with “free shipping”, our outbound shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund. Also, many manufacturers charge a “restocking fee” for returned items. If applicable, this fee will be deducted from your refund once the manufacturer receives the returned merchandise. The exception to our return policy is for Special Order or Made To Order items and specific manufacturers which do not allow returns; including Nexera, Kidkraft, Tvilum, Chelsea Home Furniture, Ashley, 4D Concepts, CorLiving, Picket Home Furniture, Heritage Baby, Skyline, Green Supply, Barcalounger, Coaster, ScreenGems, Bernards, James Martin, Diamond Sofa, Lush Decor, Half Moon, Sauder, American Heritage, IMAX, Donco and Decorize/Guildmaster, Inc.. Special order items are non-refundable and include made to order items and items where a specific size, color, finish, fabric or other customization was selected.
All returned merchandise must be in original condition, unassembled and must include all original packaging materials and accessories. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for assembled merchandise. You will need to ship your product to the specified manufacturer address to be provided; prepaid and insured by the manner in which you received it. Please call us to obtain proper return address information.
Items will not be authorized for return after 15 days from the delivery date. Special order products such as items with pre-selected fabrics/finishes/colors are non-refundable. Any "Made to Order" products, as indicated on the product page, are also non-refundable.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Please make sure to inspect the package at the time of the delivery. If there appears to be damage / defect to the item OR the box, please make a note on the delivery paperwork. You may write “product damaged” or "box damaged" on the paperwork. Also, please contact us immediately so we may process your claim. We will need pictures of the product and box.
You are required to inspect your order and ensure all parts are present and arrived in good condition BEFORE you dispose the boxes and packing materials. You must contact us within 48 hours if any item is damaged or defective. Totally Furniture will work with the manufacturer to send replacement parts for any damaged/defective items. If you are unwilling to accept replacement parts and would like to return the item; you will be subject to Totally Furniture's Return Policy as stated above. All returned products MUST be in the original packaging.
Will my furniture look the same as seen on your site?
We do our best to provide high resolution images of the products we carry to help you make an informed decision. However keep in mind that colors may vary due to monitor model and setting.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel order for any reason, including no reason at all to any customer. In addition, we reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this policy at any time. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to correct typographic errors and reject orders. In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Totally Furniture reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Totally Furntiure reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed or payment received. If payment has already been received for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Totally Furniture shall issue a refund for the cancelled order.
