Summit’s ‘Made in Italy’ gas cooktops offer a powerful performance in a durable, safe, and stylish design. The GCJ1SS is a one-burner gas cooktop ideal as an add-on to kitchens and for families who would like additional burner capacity. A 304 grade stainless steel surface with smooth edges makes for an elegant look, while the cast iron grate adds durability to the cooktop. The heavy-duty round knob delivers additional safety by requiring a gentle push-to-turn motion to ignite, with thermocouple flame protection to ensure the gas turns off if the flame goes out. Featuring a burner manufactured by Defendi, this cooktop has a variety of heating options in a slim design. The dual burner has a 15,300 BTU output, with an included cast iron wok ring for quick heating of larger cooking vessels. The inner flame can reach up to 2,050 BTUs for lower heat applications. The GCJ1SS uses electronic spark ignition and is preset for natural gas operation. A conversion kit that allows for LP gas connection is included. Shipping Method – Ground (smaller items)
Standard shipping method is ground shipping with FedEx or UPS. Delivery signature is not required for ground shipments. The carrier will leave the package in the normal delivery place for your address. You may go to FedEx or UPS website to track your shipment. Occasionally, your package may not be delivered due to weather conditions or a concern for the package safety. This decision is made by the carrier. Very small items may ship USPS.

If your order contains multiple ground shipments, then they may ship with a Freight carrier based on the number of items and weight.
Shipping Method – Freight
Standard shipping method for large / heavy items is with a freight carrier. Delivery signature IS required for freight shipments and you will need to be present during your delivery time window. For residential deliveries, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery date. You may go to the freight carrier’s website to track your shipment.
